The Profile Business Unit is characterized by elaborating products and services with a high added value for its clients, together with maintaining a close relationship with all components of the commercial chain (real-estate companies, architects, builders, distributors, etc.).
This unit began producing aluminum profiles in 1954, and in 1991, it acquired Indalum S.A., a company that is currently dedicated to the extrusion and sale of aluminum profiles. In the late nineties Alumco was added to this unit. This company distributes aluminum profiles, glazing and accessories. Both companies are leaders in their respective markets and are characterized by the quality and variety of their products as well as for their excellent service.
In 2006, the Board of Directors of this unit made the strategic decision of expanding the extrusion and sale operation to include PVC profiles, which will certainly contribute to consolidate the success achieved by this unit and broaden the range of products it offers.
